Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Where we ship

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally, to BFPO addresses or to forwarding services. [Confirm whether Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are served.]

2. Made to order

Every order is prepared to order. After we have confirmed your order, received payment (or approved trade-account terms) and completed research-use verification, please allow approximately 7 days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date; we will tell you by email if your order will take longer.

3. Delivery service

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 only, to UK addresses. Delivery charge: £5.95. Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch; this is Royal Mail’s target, not a guarantee by us. Tracking details are sent by email on dispatch. Delivery to institutional addresses is preferred and may be required. [Confirm cut-off times, packaging and whether a signature service is needed for any items.]

4. On arrival

Check the package and lot numbers on receipt and store products as directed on the label. Report damage, shortages or incorrect items within [5] working days with photographs of the packaging.

5. Returns

• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we will replace or refund. We may ask for the product to be returned or destroyed with confirmation.
• Change of mind: for quality and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of products whose seal has been broken. Unopened products may be returned within [14] days at the Customer’s cost, subject to inspection.

6. Refunds
